Continue to check our website frequently for additional programs to be posted. Children attending CCE/JWR programs must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others. If a student is not capable of these guidelines, then supportive accommodations from family or a representative is welcome. Safe behavior is expected.
** Please be aware that our instructors do not have access to rescue meds and some have not been trained to administer them. If there is a medical emergency they have been instructed to call 911 and then the parent.
Late pick up fee is $5 per minute
Refunds & Cancellations
- There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified one week prior to the start of camp. After this time no refunds will be issued.
- Our office will issue refunds only – no changes. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee) and you must purchase the new camp.

iSTEM Scratch Game Development
Grades 2-5
Embark on an exciting journey into the world of game development with our hands-on course using Scratch, the intuitive programming language developed by MIT! This course is designed for students who are enthusiastic about creating their own interactive games and learning the fundamentals of coding through a playful and engaging platform. In this course, students will explore the principles of game design and programming by building one guided and one custom game with Scratch. Scratch’s block-based interface makes it easy for beginners to grasp programming concepts and unleash their creativity without the complexity of traditional coding languages.

Discover the world of prehistoric robotics with Dinobots! Build and program robotic dinosaurs using the Birdbrain Robotics Hummingbird Kit to mimic the movements and behaviors of ancient creatures. Bring dinosaurs to life through hands-on engineering and creativity, merging technology with paleontology.

Ages: 6-8, Does your child love LEGO and want to bring their creations to life? In this camp, young builders will dive into an exciting world of robotics, coding, and hands-on STEM learning—all while having a blast! They will use the LEGO WeDo kits and software. Ages: 7-11, A heavy gaming, light lecture course. Based around the hit game Oxygen Not Included, kids will engineer and manage resources and control systems to build an epic extraterrestrial space colony. Some features include food production, waste management, animal husbandry, construction, air management, and a hands-on construction component to augment the video game time.

Ages: 7-11, We'll make cars that move, windmills and more. Students must follow directions from the book for the projects. They will learn about parts like gears and motors and how they work together.

Age 4-6, Come learn, build and play at the YMCAS Little Builder camp! Children will be fascinated going on an imaginary safari, an excursion under the sea, and more. Using classic LEGO® Bricks, our Little Builders will get hands-on practice using fine motor skills to build models of exciting things that they will also learn about. 3D Printing
Summer Camp
Ages: 7-11, 3D Printing Camp is an exciting hands-on experience where kids dive into the world of technology and creativity! Campers will learn how to design and create their own 3D objects using specialized software and 3D printers. They’ll work on fun projects like designing toys, jewelry, or even custom keychains. By the end of the camp, kids will have their very own 3D-printed creations to take home and show off!

Invent It - Build It
Summer Camp
Ages: 7-11, This camp will rev up that inventive spirit! Each day we’ll have a new design challenge to solve, some are just for fun and others tackle real world problems. Kids will design, test, and tweak their inventions while working through the scientific method. Sample challenges include a confetti launcher, a car that can be powered without a motor, or the classic egg drop challenge. The sky’s the limit with a little creativity!

Summer Camp
Ages: 8-12, Come learn about sustainable environmental practices from seed germination and gardening basics to the raising of chickens. Recycle, reuse and reduce material to make a worm composting bin. Get dirty working outside in the farm area and indoors with microscopes!

Summer Camp
Ages: 8-12, Solve the mystery of the Disappearing Donuts! Practice fingerprinting, white powder identification, tool and bite mark analysis. Campers sort through and analyze evidence to determine the most likely perpetrator and recover the Donuts!
