Continue to check our website frequently for additional programs to be posted. Children attending CCE/JWR programs must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified one week prior to the start of camp. After this time no refunds will be issued.
- Our office will issue refunds only – no changes. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee) and you must purchase the new camp.
- There are NO REFUNDS for Chefs in Training or Sew Fun classes.

Summer Camps
Ages: 5-11, Explore all of the ways that Elida Art Studio can bring more art and creativity through our Art Van-Go curriculum. Professional artist, Elida Field, has over 20 years of teaching experience, and is the owner of Elida Art Studio & Gallery in Camas. Morning and afternoon classes are the same projects. If the same class is offered during one week please register for only AM or PM (not both).
Bring a paint shirt or apron and a snack and water bottle to class each day.

We are on an adventure around the globe where we will paint, draw and sculpt famous landscapes and landmarks. Learn how to draw and paint places and things like The Statue of Liberty, Golden Gate Bridge and Eiffel Tower. As we travel across the globe, kids will gain some geography knowledge as well. This is a great “staycation” but feels like you’ve been on the Amazing Race! Don’t miss out on these exciting adventures!

Everyone loves a garden gnome or a woodland fairy! Dive into the world of mystical creatures where we will lead you through creating some of our favorites as well as learning to make up your own! Make your own one-eyed monster with clay. A flying pegasus might show up or a unicorn! You may also capture some griffins, pandacorns, elves, trolls and giants. There will be plenty of pixie dust to go around to help you fly to other realms. This art camp will inspire you to create creatures of legend.

There is nothing cuter than a puppy or kitten — unless you’ve seen a kid elephant! This week is dedicated to drawing and painting all different kinds of baby animals. Each day will be using a different medium and theme, but by the end of the week, kids will have a portfolio of the cutest wee animals you’ve ever seen. If you are an animal lover, this is your camp!

A giant octopus, great white shark, and killer whale are magnificent sea creatures and we’re going to take a deep dive into the sea to explore them. Then, we’ll look at the littlest creatures. Have you ever examined a sea horse or a tiny little hermit crab? The ocean is packed full of interesting and wonderful creatures to draw, paint and sculpt. It’s also a great way to learn more about our oceans and animals of the sea!

T-Rex in the house! Dinosaurs are fascinating and so fun to draw and paint! We’ll create a tropical scene with Brontosauruses walking in the background, a Pterodactyl flying in the sky, or an Ichthyosaur swimming in the water. This week is all about dinosaurs and the habitats they lived in. For the dinosaur buff, this is a fun adventure with your favorite creatures.
Sculpey Clay
Summer Camps
For ages: 7-11, Have fun creating with Sculpey Clay! Join us as we make and bake figures out of clay, and then create a shoebox diorama for them to live in. All clay and supplies provided with the exception of the shoebox.
