Sports/Fitness

Continue to check our website frequently for additional programs to be posted. Children attending CCE/JWR programs must be fully toilet trained, able to self-feed, participate independently, and behave in such a way that they do not pose a harm to self or others. If a student is not capable of these guidelines, then supportive accommodations from family or a representative is welcome. Safe behavior is expected.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • There is a 10% processing fee (up to $20 max per purchase) for refunds or cancellations if the office is notified one week prior to the start of camp. After this time no refunds will be issued.
  • Our office will issue refunds only – no changes. If you need to make a change, a refund will be given (minus the processing fee) and you must purchase the new camp.
  • All League refunds including CYBL and CYVL are as follows: A refund (minus 10% processing fee) will be given if notified before registration closes. A refund of 50% will be given after registration closes up to one week before the season starts. No refunds given after this time.

All skill levels welcome. We will run a court for beginner-intermediate skill levels, and a court for intermediate-advanced. 15 player minimum is needed or open gym will be cancelled.

Camas Elementary Wrestling

Grades: K-5

For any and all students Kindergarten-5th grade. All welcome ~ No experience necessary! Learn the basics of the sport of wrestling through basic technique and lots of games. Get coached by the Camas High School coaching staff along with the 2023 Regional Champion Papermaker wrestlers. After two weeks of practice the wrestlers will participate in a Takedown Jamboree on Saturday, May 25th at Camas High, from 9:00 a.m.to 1:00 p.m.

Fundamentals of Hoops with CHS Girls Basketball Team

Summer Camp

Girls currently in grades 1-7, Join us in this traditional basketball camp with an emphasis on individual training. We will extensively work on ball handling, passing and shooting through drills, and then look to apply them with scrimmage. Campers of all levels are welcome. Current grades: 5th-7th (6th-8th next school year), Get ready to dance your way to success at our 4-day dance team prep clinic! Led by Skyridge Middle School dance team coaches, Lesa Blanchard and Lauren Cooper, this clinic is designed to help 6-8th grade dancers build the skills and confidence needed for the upcoming dance team season. Join us as we work on dance technique, strength, and flexibility while learning both a jazz and hip hop routine!

Summer Camp

Ages: 7-12, Experience an exciting summer fencing camp offered by the Camas Fencing Academy! Designed for ages 7-12, this camp will introduce you to the Olympic sport of fencing in a fun and safe environment. Our experienced and professional coach, Julia Tikhonova, will teach you the basics of swordplay, footwork, balance, coordination, discipline, and the rules of the sport. In addition, the camp will include games and activities both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a well-rounded and enjoyable experience for all participants. Don't miss out on this unforgettable summer experience.
No experience is necessary and all the equipment is provided!

All campers must bring:
- Personal water bottle.
- Healthy snacks for the break time.

Summer Camp

Entering grades: 3-12 in the fall, This camp is for beginner through advanced level youth and high school football players interested in advancing their skills as a quarterback. This two-day immersion camp will focus on grade level appropriate fundamentals and overall quarterback development, as instructed by some of the best QB coaches in the country. Join in the development as we instruct, practice and compete in this one-of-a-kind regional quarterback training event.

Note: There will be a 1-hour break on Saturday for lunch. Campers are expected to bring their own lunch or there are several eating options available within 10 minutes’ drive of campus.

Additionally, there will be a session Saturday afternoon devoted to educating parents, students and guests about the world of recruiting, personal nutrition and how best to maximize one’s athletic experience moving forward.
